This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, which require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy, and terms of use for access or usage of the domain name https://lashop.in/ (“Website”), including the related mobile site and mobile application (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).

9. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  • We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days from the date of delivery of your order.

  • Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Items purchased during sale events may not be eligible for returns/exchanges unless found defective or damaged.

  • Upon receipt and inspection of returned items, we will notify you via email and process the refund or exchange if approved.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, labor disputes, internet outages, or system failures.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

  • All disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in West Bengal.
